Translator work time is counted from the time for which she/ he was commissioned to the actual completion time of the service.
Min. daily charge is calculated for a so called block of four hours of translator's work and in the case of translation involving travel - 8 hours ( two blocks).
The costs of translator's travel, boarding and lodging is to be covered by the customer. Travelling time is added to the translator's work time.
For night work ( 22.00 to 6.00) and for work on official holidays a surcharge of 100% of the basic price shall be added.
The charge for a one-day break in oral translation provided outside the translator's place of residence shall be no less than 50% of the daily rate ( 8 hours)
The translator is entitled to all benefits as is the case of normal work day.
In the case where the customer cancels the order two days prior to the date set for translation, the customer shall pay for one four-hour block of translator's work.
